Design in the 1980’s:
An Exhibit

The objective was to create an exhibtion for a museum that would highlight a specific era of design. Being an era of change and culture, the 1980's was the obvious choice for this exhibit. The problem that needed to be solved is that there were no source materials, so the exhibiton needed to be branded from scratch, which lead to the creation of a mood board to get the idea of what the exhibit should feel like.

PROBLEM SOLVING

Creating a cohesive and identifiable brand for the exhibit was the main goal of this design. This meant designing a street banner, a brochure, and a series of Instagram posts all corresponding with the show. More specifically, highlighting three artists who made their mark in that time: April Greiman, Neville Brody, and Peter Saville.
